Neuro-archetypal perspectives
The Eight Archetypal Domains
The archetypal domains offer language for patterns that can otherwise feel vague, fixed, or difficult to name. They are not diagnoses or categories to live inside. They are starting points for understanding what a pattern may have learned to protect.
A map, not a verdict
Each domain names a capacity that can become strained under the pressure of early messages, loss, trauma, or persistent demand. The purpose is not to label yourself. It is to notice where your story may need more room, context, and care.
Begin with what feels familiar
You do not need to understand every domain at once. Start with the one that most closely describes the tension you are carrying in leadership, conflict, connection, instinct, discernment, care for others, belonging, or the coherence of your story.
