Life Telling Therapy is a private-pay, virtual therapy practice serving California residents. This page explains what personal information may be submitted through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

What this site collects

Personal information is collected when a visitor voluntarily submits a consultation request, newsletter sign-up, or assessment form. This site does not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, device fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking cookies.

How submitted information is used

Consultation information is used to respond to an inquiry, arrange an initial conversation, and send a one-time confirmation. Submitted form data is held in a private, access-controlled database visible only to the practice owner. Aggregate Umami analytics do not use cookies or collect personal information.

Questions and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through this site. Requests can be sent directly to jonholmes@lifetellingtherapy.com.
